All products are sold subject to availability. Prices quoted through our website or via email are estimates and may be subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and order specifics. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order. Payment terms are established on a per-order basis.
Reclaimed lumber is a natural product with inherent variability. Characteristics such as nail holes, surface weathering, checking, color variation, and dimensional inconsistency are considered normal features of reclaimed material, not defects. We grade all lumber to disclosed standards, but purchasers should inspect material upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.
We stand behind the quality and grading of our products. If lumber arrives in a condition materially different from what was represented, we will replace the material or issue a refund at our discretion. Returns based on aesthetic preference for reclaimed materials are not accepted. All return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
Norfolk Lumber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
